I think that if you don't want a soldier in your home then they shouldn't be there because it is breaking and entering your home.

The situation that a police can use a warrant to go into a home or building is when there is a case that the need to settle or to arrest someone.

The first amendment

7) YES because the 1st amendment gives the right to petition
8) YES the right to print whatever a long as it is true w/o fear of use of force

The one thing that most matters to me is the freedom of speech. The freedom of speech is important to me because it gives me the right to say what's on my mind. Even if it is at a job.

1st amendment

Give a speech before a large gathering of people and express opinions about the president's abilities.

Write a letter for the editorial page of a newspaper in which you criticize a state legislator.

Circulate a petition calling for the repeal of an unpopular law

2nd-4th amendments

The Right to Bear Arms means the right to have a gun. Me personally I think that it is a good idea but then again not such a good idea. People who like hunting use guns and that is the awsome part of having a gun but, there are also those people who use there own guns to kill and harm other people. So i am in between those two answers.
